Detection of ribosomal protein S6 kinase-1 (RSK1) in paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer tissue sections using 5 µg/mL of R&D Systems rabbit anti-human/mouse/rat RSK1 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF992). Tissues were stained using R&D Systems anti-rabbit HRP-DAB Cell and Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS005) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). See IHC Enzymatic Protocol 1.0.

The antibody detects human, rat and mouse RSK1. The antibody does not detect recombinant human RSK2. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry and Western blot.
